Spay Neuter Vouchers for
Low-Income Residents

Winnebago County Animal Services offers spay neuter vouchers to low-income residents of Winnebago County all year long. Simply bring a proof of household income, a state-issued photo ID,  proof of current rabies vaccination and county rabies tag, and $20 cash. The pet owner must come into Animal Services in person to purchase the voucher. The pet owner is consider the one under which the cat or dog is registered.
